Lowestoft Chronicle’s 2014 Pushcart Prize Nominations

In recognition of their fine literary work, Lowestoft Chronicle has nominated six writers for the prestigious Pushcart Prize, the most honored literary project in America.
 
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Nov. 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Lowestoft Chronicle has nominated the following works for inclusion in the anthology The Pushcart Prize XL: Best of the Small Presses 2016 Edition: "Break and Enter"
 by Peter Biello, "Antique Roses" 
by Robert Boucheron, "Danish as She is Spoke" 
by Scott Dominic Carpenter, "Bangkok of the Mind" 
by Stephen Cloud, "Shooing Flies" 
by David Havird, and "A Question of the Tide" 
by Victor Robert Lee.

About the Pushcart Prize:

Published every year since 1976, hundreds of presses and thousands of writers of short stories, poetry, and essays have been represented in The Pushcart Prize – Best of the Small Presses series, edited by Bill Henderson.

Little magazine and small book press editors (print or online) may make up to six nominations from their year's publications. Nominations are accepted until the December 1 (postmark) deadline, with official winners announced in May. If selected, their work will be published in Volume XL of The Pushcart Prize: Best of the Small Presses, which comes out in November. For more information visit http://www.pushcartprize.com
