Free MTR Rides for Persons with Disabilities on International Day of Disabled Persons

HONG KONG, China - Nov. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- To support the Free Ride Day in celebration of the International Day of Disabled Persons 2014, the MTR Corporation is pleased to offer free rides on all MTR journeys for disabled persons holding a valid Registration Card or Personalised Octopus with “Persons with Disabilities Status” and one caretaker on 9 November 2014 (Sunday).

Details of the offers are as follows:

-   For MTR (including Airport Express), eligible passengers can simply present their Registration Card or Personalised Octopus with “Persons with Disabilities Status” at Customer Service Centres for redemption of single journey tickets (not applicable to East Rail Line First Class)

-   For Light Rail, eligible passengers should present their Registration Card or Personalised Octopus with “Persons with Disabilities Status” to Ticket Inspection Unit staff upon request

-   For MTR Bus & MTR Feeder Bus, eligible passengers can simply present their Registration Card to the bus captain to enjoy the offer when boarding
