Upcoming Launch of the BNI® BIG Chapter Brings Benefits to Park Slope Brooklyn's Small Busines

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Nov. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Local business professionals from Park Slope, Brooklyn's small business community have banded together to launch their own chapter of BNI, the world’s largest referral marketing network, in order to actively refer business to each other and boost the local economy.

Brooklyn, New York -- November 5, 2014:  The BNI®  BIG Chapter is set to launch on November 18, 2014 in Park Slope, Brooklyn and members of the Brooklyn business community as well as the general public are invited to attend.

The launch event will run from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and will be held at YaYo's, 36 Fifth Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.

The event will feature plenty of opportunities to network with owners and representatives of local businesses.  BNI's Area Director Consultant and three-time #1 international Bestselling Author, Tim Houston, and Director Consultant Mark Dana will be the featured speakers and will share the secrets to growing your business through referral marketing.

The BNI BIG Chapter is presently comprised of 15 business professionals from the Brooklyn community including Chapter President Jeanette Colgrove of Fillmore Realty,  Chapter Vice President, Matthew S. Porges, Esq., of the Law Office of Matthew S. Porges,  and the Chapter Secretary/Treasurer, Wayne Green of NL Financial Alliance.

Members of the BNI BIG Chapter are launching the group with the sole purpose of consistently generating referral-based business for one another, ultimately serving to strengthen the overall local economy for the benefit of the greater community.
