Austin Lodge's Frank Rowder Introduces Terry Savage at Chicago Journalists Assn Dinner

CHICAGO - Oct. 31, 2014 - PRLog -- Alan Rafalson, President of the Chicago Journalists Association honored fellow Board member Frank Bennett Rowder when he asked him to introduce Terry Savage, nationally known expert on personal finance, the markets and economy. Savage is also a TV commentator and wrote a twice-weekly column for the Chicago Sun Times as she received the organization's lifetime achievement Award. Rowder highly recommended Savage for this year's 75th anniversary dinner that took place on Friday evening, October 17th at the Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza.

Rowder said "Alan called me on the phone the day after we had our CJA Board Meeting the previous night and asked me because I recommender her and accepted"

Other journalists being honored were Michael M. Phillipps from the Wall Street Journal for the Daniel Pearl Award and Greg Hinz from Crain's Chicago Business for the Chicago Journalists of the year.
