IJSER.org Invites Conference Organizers for Conference Sponsorship Program (CSP)

APOPKA, Fla. - Oct. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- Texas, USA – Oct 22, 2014 – International Journal of Scientific and Engineering Research (IJSER) warmly invites interested conference organizers to join hands with IJSER for Conference Sponsorship Program (CSP) – a platform for presentation of research work through a bigger platform. This program is a life time opportunity for conference organizers and researchers. CSP is an attempt by IJSER to facilitate deeper relationship between various academic communities and conference organizers. The primary objective of this program is to provide a breeding ground for various entities, who are devoted to research works in the field of science, engineering and technology.

Call of paper by IJSER for CSP – CSP invites research works or papers from international conferences, national conferences and seminars conducted under patronage of academic institutions, colleges and universities.

Procedure of selection for Conference Sponsorship – If you are going to organize an international/national level conference, IJSER welcomes you for the same. However, you need to go through the standard selection procedure which is unbiased and same for all. In order to confirm your participation for selection procedure for conference sponsorship, you are required to furnish your conference details to csp@ijser.org. Important conference details that you need to furnish are mentioned below:

·         Name of the institute or the organization willing to organize the conference.

·         Stipulated dates for the conference. (Only if you have already finalized dates or a tentative date/month).

·         City and country, where conference will be held.

·         Website or URL of the conference website, if any.

Finalization of conference sponsor – Conference sponsor is finalized by the board members of the IJSER, and it is intimated to conference sponsors via email or phone. IJSER is default technical co-sponsor of your conferences held under Conference Sponsorship Program. IJSER have issued a few conference guidelines for conference sponsors, which can be read at http://www.ijser.org/csp.aspx.

Guidelines for conference sponsors:

·         All papers included in conference must be in IJSER format.

·         In case you have website for conference, display credits for IJSER as technical co-sponsor of the conference.

·         Mention of IJSER in every marketing equipments of conference like leaflets, brochures, posters etc.

·         You are authorized to use IJSER’s logo on your website.
