Stop-Go Recordings Sets to Release KC-Indie Rockers Saint Lux's Final Album, "Door to Nowhere"

GADSDEN, Ala. - Oct. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Gadsden, AL – Gadsden-based Stop-Go Recordings has announced the release date of Kansas City indie rock act Saint Lux, titled Door to Nowhere. The album--recorded by Ed Brussa in mid 2013 in Kansas City--had seen a limited release as a digital EP last year, and now it will become available for the first time in physical CD format, remixed, remastered and expanded. While the group went on an indefinite hiatus in 2014, this album is a testament to their ingenuity and the high energy the band exuded on stage (the whole album was recorded in a live setting--albeit without an audience--to capture the performances in the most organic way possible). This new, expanded edition of Door to Nowhere will become available at every digital music store on October 21, and in physical CD format directly from Stop-Go Recordings. A very limited pre-release pressing will be available at Artifacts/The Glass Onion (634 Broad St, Gadsden, AL) on Friday, October 3 as part of First Fridays, at a special promotional price of only $6. The first single, In My Room, will be available as a free download from October 7-14 via the Stop-Go Recordings website and facebook.

About Saint Lux

Saint Lux is John McFarlane (vocals, guitar, synth), John Moessner (guitar) Tanner Laird (drums) and Mitchell Cloud (bass). They first met on the campus of MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, KS, where they formed Sleep Dreamer. During their first three years they mostly played in the Kansas City Metro and Lawrence areas. After a period of inactivity, they resurrected as Saint Lux, with the realization that writing and playing music was an integral part of their life.
