NEW YORK - Sept. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Middelburg Holland and Greenville, South Carolina - Controversial hip hop artist DMX has taken to Social media in a blatant attempt to discredit, defame and in essence "railroad" the company which is responsible for attempting to get his career back on track.

In 2013, Earl Simmons aka DMX, was entwined in a financial issues including numerous creditors, lingering lawsuits, and facing eviction from his South Carolina home for failing to pay his mortgage.  Although, the icon was steadily getting work within the United States, due to his non-compliance with child support services, he was unable to travel outside of the US as he was not given rights to obtain a passport until the said child support arrears had been satisfied.

The offers for international shows were numerous as it had been many years since the artist had been able to do a show overseas. Promotors both within the United States as well as overseas had tried numerous times to resolve Simmons' situation without avail. On the scene arrived Aftaab Idoe, an entertainment manager and promoter from Holland. Idoe aka on the entertainment scene as Sha, reached out to Simmons and his then manager Jason Fowler to propose a plan which would get DMX both on financial and personal track.  During this time, "Sha" was given full management rights over the artist and as well, managed to enter into a mutually benefitting agreement to all parties  with child support services in Los Angeles California therefore having Simmons' passport released. As well, Aftaab reached out to Simmons' creditors in order to come up with a plan of action to get Simmons' financial obligations back on track.

The new management set up DMXtour.com after the artist entered into an exclusive international tour agreement which gives Aftaab full exclusive rights as per a court agreement to any bookings, shows and endorsement deals outside the United States.  "In the beginning, everything was going well, X was complying with the agreements, he was attending the shows and we were on track"" states Aftaab Idoe  .  "Unfortunately, after a short period of time, greed reared its ugly head and Simmons decided that he did not want to comply with any agreement" furthermore Idoe  states " Not only does he not want to comply with the agreement which states that an undisclosed percentage of Simmons' gross income be sent to child support, Simmons has now taken it upon himself to defame my name and business which has resulted in both personal and business damages in the hundreds of  thousands of dollars"

Currently, Aftaab Idoe and his legal team are in the process of sending cease and desist letters to all promoters both within the United States and abroad.  Any promoter, buyer, booking agent etc. who does not comply with the cease and desist order will be subject to legal retribution.

"It's not just about the hundreds of thousands of dollars I've spent on DMX, it's the point that the "dog" has  decided to bite the hand that feeds him and seems to think that he is above the law.  I did not want to go public about this situation but unfortunately, he is not only on a path of self destruction; but leaves behind him a path of destruction for those who have tried to help him when nobody else would"
