Rick Miller Elected 10th Circuit Trustee on Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund Board

ORLANDO, Fla. - Sept. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Orlando (September, 2014) –Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund (The Fund) is pleased to announce thatRichard (Rick) Millerhas been elected as Trustee for the 10^th Circuit on the Board of Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund. He has also been appointed as a member of the Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc. Board of Directors.

Miller joins 19 other leading real estate attorneys who collectively represent the interests of Fund Members across the state.  The constituents of each of the 20 circuits in Florida elect a representative to serve as Trustee based on their commitment to The Fund mission to preserve and facilitate the real estate practices of its Members in their protection of the public.

Richard Miller has been a Fund Member since 1982, only a year after being admitted to The Florida Bar. He attended Stetson University and Florida State University Law School and graduated with honors. Richard is a Partner of the law firm Miller, Crosby & Miller, P.A. He is board certified in Real Estate Law, a certification attained by less than one percent of all Florida lawyers. Mr. Miller has served on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee and Real Property Certification Committees and served as Chairman on both committees during his tenure.  Richard is also a past Appellate Special Magistrate for Polk County Code Enforcement.
