AVIT Teams with Global IT Management to Provide Oracle System

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Aug. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- The Oracle Learning management system (LMS) will be offered by AVIT Systems Inc. to its customers, based on a recent agreement it has reached to work with Global IT University. The LMS system is designed to facilitate creation of a more efficient or customizable online training service that leads to greater productivity on the part of staff at an organization. The alliance is expected to benefit both AVIT and Oracle in delivering scalable training solutions to improve employee productivity.

AVIT adds this system on top of other services provided by the company, including videoconferencing, AV system design, IT network integration and other disciplines used to obtain results. AVIT reports they have added LMS as a means for clients to more quickly acclimate themselves to web based training systems. This matches “Our mission is to provide quality service, systems, and solutions that meet our customer's requests and requirements.” The Oracle site itself summarizes LMS as a way to “improve workforce performance, ensure partner channel sales and service readiness, and to increase revenue through training product sales to customers.”

Global IT University, the third leg of the equation, will deliver the Oracle system training for AVIT, which is designed to provide bottom line imperatives for a modern audience, including “better customer service, regulatory, industry or technical certification, improved business performance, faster time to market, greater strategic advantage, effective competency and leadership development,” among other functions. As a minority owned business, AVIT has been actively pursuing these types of collaborative ventures to provide the maximum number of tools for its clients (many of whom are also minorities) who are involved in business or consumer application of IT services.
