ICC, HGST, and Nexenta to co-host Chicago Cubs rooftop game
- Aug. 12, 2014
-- International Computer Concepts (ICC) – an enterprise computer systems integrator located in the Chicago-area suburb of Northbrook – has signed a new partnership with HGST, a leading storage technology provider.
ICC's storage solutions incorporate DAS (direct attached storage), JBOD (just-a-bunch-
of-disks), NAS (network area storage), and SAN (storage area network) technologies. In partnering with HGST, ICC gains a new top-tier vendor to support its growing line of enterprise storage solutions. Marketing Lead Colin Cronin commented:
"Over this past year we have been developing some new storage solutions to address the growing challenges facing our customers. Since storage is a major foundation for most organizations, our offerings reflect a mix of different approaches that will fit small-to-large clients. Our partnership with HGST gives us greater access to their high-quality hard drives and SSDs which we integrate into our final solutions."
To mark this new partnership, ICC is hosting a storage networking event at a rooftop Chicago Cubs baseball game in late-August. The event is co-hosted by HGST and Nexenta, a software-defined storage provider that is the cornerstone of one of ICC's major storage solution lines. The baseball event is a free but limited seating VIP event. If you are interested in attending, send ICC a message and they will get in touch with you.
