This is an important vitamin because it helps maintain your mental health and builds stronger vision for your eyes, so that your vision can maintain their strength in your old age. It also helps to create a stronger immunity system by helping cells maintain their health, and rebuild damage that has been done to them.

2.      Vitamin B:

Vitamin B is known for helping to increase your energy and mental focus. Often times Vitamin B can be found in foods like leafy greens, egg whites, and lean meats. It is important to make sure you consume Vitamin B in your daily supplements so that your food is turned into energy in the most efficient way possible.

3.      Vitamin C:

Vitamin C is often the most popular form of vitamin that everyone knows about. Anytime you are sick, you have probably been told to take vitamin c chewable or orange juice (which is rich in vitamin C). 4.      Vitamin D:

You can get Vitamin D from many dairy products, along with eating nuts or eggs.

5.      Vitamin E:

Vitamin E is very good for your heart health and cardiac system in the body. It is often used to create heart conditions and is advised by the American Heart Association that you have a steady supplement of vitamin E in your diet, as it is difficult to get sufficient amounts of this vitamin in your body by eating just a healthy diet alone. Because of Vitamin E’s anti-oxidant qualities, it is also used as an immunity booster and is highly recommended across the medical industry.

6.      Folic Acid:

Now technically this vitamin belongs with Vitamin B, however, because of its importance it deserves a separate classification. While it is an energy producer, the fact that this vitamin is an anti-oxidant has been used as a natural remedy to treat different forms of colon cancer. While it is always recommended you go to a professional doctor to check and make sure what the best treatments are available, taking Folic Acid could be a step in the right direction to avoid health problems down the road.
