Appointment to The Appraisal Foundation’s Appraisal Practices Board

The APB has been charged with the responsibility of identifying and issuing opinions on Recognized Valuation Methods and Techniques in the form of Valuation Advisories. These Advisories address complex topic areas that appraisers, appraiser regulators, educators and users of appraisal services seek guidance on, and may apply to all disciplines within the appraisal profession. The APB represents the combined judgment of leading valuation professionals and is composed of five to nine members who undergo a rigorous selection process.

The Appraisal Foundation is the U.S.A.’s foremost authority on the valuation profession.
