JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - July 10, 2014 - PRLog -- Justin Timmons, Realtor, Watson Realty Corp. Sunbeam office is the latest sales associate to be featured on HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt. The episode originally aired July 4 and will air again on August 17. For additional airings, visit www.HGTV.com.

“It was definitely a new and different experience,” said Timmons.

“Even though at times it was stressful, having to memorize certain lines on the spot and doing the same scenes multiple times, I was excited to be a part of the process”

Timmons started his career at the age of 20, in the Watson Realty Corp. Baymeadows office as an administrative assistant, after quitting his job as a busboy at Red Lobster. Six months later, Timmons obtained his real estate license and soon after began partnering his real efforts with his mother, Sabrina Wickham.

Wickham, who has been a Realtor for 12 years, said it was always their mission to become a team and partner together once Timmons obtained his license.

“Our personalities really work well together,” Wickham said. “Even though he is my son, I wanted him to earn his own respect as a Realtor.”

Wickham says they were able to separate their family relationship easily as Timmons would call her Sabrina and a lot of people didn’t even know that he was her son.

Both Timmons and Wickham are happy to be a part of the Watson Realty Corp. team. They attribute their success in the industry to the wonderful training received and the dominant market presence Watson Realty Corp. has in Northeast Florida.

In his spare time Timmons enjoys spending time with his two sons at the beach or pool and is a huge Jaguars fan and a season ticket holder. Wickham enjoys cooking, working out and spending time with her two grandsons.
