WILMINGTON, N.C. - June 24, 2014 - PRLog -- A Wilmington, North Carolina digital agency strengthens its capabilities with the merger of two locally owned firms, Perspective Internet Marketing and SayItSocial.

Operating since 2008, SayItSocial is a globally recognized leader in customized social & digital training programs for enterprise and international organizations. Operating today as a full service agency, the firm offers a full suite of training, advertising, strategy, social and digital PR services.

Perspective Internet Marketing began in 2004 as a search marketing firm focusing on SEO, SEM, mobile and local advertising. Perspective Internet Marketing offerings will now be merged with SayItSocial’s services, headquartered in Wilmington, NC. Other locations include a second location in Portland, ME and satellite offices in New York, NY, and San Francisco, CA. Both companies were founded by Wilmington resident, Ty Downing, who remains CEO of SayItSocial.

“Although my two companies worked independent of each other for several years, it was inevitable that these combine to strengthen our digital offerings and provide our clients the most powerful agency deliverables needed to succeed in a digital and mobile world.” Says CEO Ty Downing.

As a result of over 400% growth last year, SayItSocial continues to offer enterprise level services but with a boutique agency feel. Currently SayItSocial enjoys a variety of clients and verticals ranging from Technology, Mobile Application startups, Fortune 500 companies, and locally owned companies such as St. James Plantation in Southport, NC and the North Carolina Aquariums.

“The ever-evolving technologies in our industry and the consumer-driven digital market place have forced us to stay one step ahead so we can better serve our clients with innovative solutions. This merger just made sense in order for us to continue to do that more effectively.” Echoes COO, Emily Trayers.
