Steven Braten Joins Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest’s Palm Beach Office as “Of Counsel”

Braten has focused his legal practice on community association law, commercial litigation, real estate transactions, and creditors’ rights and remedies, including basic to complex bankruptcy litigation. He has represented owner-controlled condominium and homeowners' associations in foreclosure actions, arbitrations and covenant enforcement actions, as well as served as assistant corporate counsel to one of the largest real estate developers in Southwest Florida. Among many other distinctions during his 20-year career, Braten served on several condominium and homeowners association boards, as well as the board of supervisors for a community development district located in the developer's 4,000-acre master-planned community.
