The Beehive Rolls Out New brunch and dinner Menu for the Warmer Months

BOSTON - June 12, 2014 - PRLog -- The Beehive is starting summer in Boston off right with new dinner and brunch menusfrom Executive Chef Marc Orfaly that feature fresh appetizers, entrees, and sides that are perfect to enjoy inside or on The Beehive’s patio.

These new menus contain lighter items like Tuna Tartare with Soy, Seaweed, Flying Fish Roe, Lotus Root ($17.00), Mussels Mariniere with White Wine, Tomato, Shallots, Dijon Mustard ($13.00) and Grilled Calamari with Corn, Leeks, English Peas, Saffron ($12.00),  as well as twists on classic favorites, such as Grilled Swordfish with Lemon, Chickpea Puree, Fregola & Fresh Tomato Salad ($32.00), Big Dinner Salad with Hanger Steak or Grilled Salmon ($25.00-$27.00) and Local Oysters on the Half Shell ($3.00 each).

The creativity does not stop with the dinner menu. Beehive diners will enjoy new additions to the famed brunch menu, including items such as Quiche With Broccoli Rabe, Mozzarella, Peppers & Onions ($16.50) and Poutine Topped with Sunny Side Eggs and Mixed Salad ($14.50).

The Beehive’s brunch is not just for adults. The Little Bee’s menu has options kids love, likeChicken Dinosaurs & Frites ($7.00) and Kiddie French Toast ($7.00). Treat yourself and your kids to brunch at The Beehive.
