For the step roofing glazed tiles, there will be a hydraulic pressing unit after roll forming unit on the top deck, and after pressing, the cutting unit will cut the sheets according to required lengths and quantities. This double layer roll forming machine or double deck roll forming machine would be capable to produce roofing tiles ro corrugated roofing sheets from 0.8mm thickness raw materials with 1250mm widths.
