Fast Track Your Wind Down to the Bank Holiday Weekend with Street Wisdom

LONDON - May 21, 2014 - PRLog -- On 23^rd May non-profit venture Street Wisdom is turning Central London into an “invisible university” between 10am and 1pm – and it’s free to attend.   Anyone wanting to take part must register online at the Eventbrite link (below).

Street Wisdom was dreamed up by creative gurus David Pearl (Pearl Group) and Chris Barez-Brown (Upping Your Elvis).  It offers an enjoyable, powerful and free way of using streets to learn something new.   All you need to do is to turn up with a question you’d like some fresh answers to. It could be a business-related question, a personal one.  Or both.   Street leaders will be on hand to help you get started by helping you ‘tune into’ the street over four short walks. Then you’re off on a journey by yourself – your street quest. It’s only an hour and you don’t have to go far – but it’s amazing what you can learn.

At the end of the session everyone gathers to share what happened and, more often than not, their wonder at how magical an ordinary street can become when you’re really aware of those hidden messages, chance meetings and unexpected discoveries.  Street Wisdom helps you really connect to the world around you instead of hurrying past lost in your thoughts or your smartphone.  This simple switch can help you find solutions to those hard-to-solve problems.

Why free?   Inventor David Pearl explains.   “We wanted a type of school where don't pay money, you pay attention.   It’s taken years to develop the technology and make it so simple that anyone can do it anywhere.  Now we want to give it away on a shareware basis - so those who do enjoy Street Wisdom’s benefits can easily pass it onto others by running an event of their own afterwards. “

In 2014 Street Wisdom has already gone global with events in Amsterdam, Sofia, Berlin and San Francisco.   Austria, India and Libya are also on the cards.

“We’re taking it BIG on 23^rd May” says Chris Barez-Brown. “People are going to discover that the streets of London are paved with – answers.  We say that it is ‘wander-ful life’ – anyone who comes along on 23^rd May will see why.”
