Spectrum appoints David Williams as Business Development Director

HORSHAM, U.K. - May 14, 2014 - PRLog -- David has over 30 years of experience in the global healthcare industry, working for companies such as Quintiles, In Vivo and Ogilvy Healthworld. During this time he has gained a variety of experience in a wide range of areas including medical education, communications and continuing medical education (CME).
