Bill Mueldener to Discuss State Tax Battles for the Energy Industry at NAPAC

DALLAS - May 9, 2014 - PRLog -- State and Local Tax authority, Bill Mueldener, will be bringing his energy expertise to the upcoming North American Petroleum Conference (NAPAC).
