At Timepeaks, we have implemented our “auto-discount function”, so that the price of each auction will automatically be discounted for watches sold by Timepeaks users.

For each product, during an auction, a user can specify the starting price for the next auction. Alternatively, they can specify a discount rate, which will be applied to the starting price for the next auction.

If they specify the starting price (former option), the discount will happen just once for the next auction. But if they specify the discount rate (latter option), they can start each auction with the discount automatically applied to the starting price.

With the new auto-discount function, the user can sell off their merchandise even if they do not know its market value, by gradually lowering its price.
