Ashton Woods Continues to Grow with Addition of New Sales Manager

RALEIGH, N.C. - May 2, 2014 - PRLog -- The North Carolina division of award-winning national private home builder Ashton Woods Homes, is pleased to announce the addition of new Community Sales Manager, Tinishia Pugh, to its expanding sales team. Pugh will oversee new home sales at Ashton Woods’ Pemberley community. Pugh will assist buyers with their home buying decisions as well as guide them along the construction process at both Pemberley Manors and Pemberley Townes.

Pugh’s new community, Pemberley, is located just off NC-55 in Apex, and has convenient access to local restaurants, high-end shopping areas and community parks. The Townes collection ranges in size from 1,300 to over 1,900 square-feet with prices from the $140s to the low $200s. Prior to joining Ashton Woods Homes, Pugh spent the past two years as a Sales Counselor at another large national builder, managing the day-to-day sales operations. She is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Raleigh Area Association of Realtors and the Raleigh Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Tinishia received the 2014 Best Sales Counselors in the US award by Avid Service Ratings and was recognized as Sales Manager of the year at the SAM Awards in 2003. Graduating from Michigan State University in 2000, she earned his Bachelor of Science in Building and Construction Management.
