It will showcase a limited-edition collection of only 18 condominium residences with up to nearly 3,000 sq. ft., priced from the $900’s to over $2 million. Richard Jones AIA, president of the Delray Beach-based firm, is a multi-award-

Jones explained, “1200 The Ocean is very unique in that it is the only new condominium project currently being developed along Hillsboro Mile.
