April 22, 2014 - PRLog -- 100 Black Women of Houston an advocacy organization was founded in April 2011 by Nazla Johnson, MBA who currently serves in the office of President and facilitator at monthly general body meetings.

As a philanthropist Nazla has helped many in need, including sponsoring international kids to enroll in college in the United States.  Her love for humanity helped her to birth 100 Black Women of Houston. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Texas Southern University located in Houston Texas and earned a Masters in Business Administration from Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa.

Nazla is a seasoned, multimillion-dollar producing, real estate agent with more than 14 years in the industry, hails from Houston, Texas.  She has achieved over $750 million in real estate sales. Nazla carved a niche for herself in real estate by becoming a “Real Estate Investment” specialist. She published  "The Art of Real Investing" to help others to learn; and has assisted numerous families to retain their homes by ceasing foreclosure activity.  She has served on several real estate boards.

Nazla teaches others how to mimic her success and has effectively mentored real estate agents to become top producers in Texas, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C. and New York.

About 100 Black Women of Houston: The group is a non-profit organization advocating on behalf of Black women and other women of color services in higher education, health and wellness, economic development, political awareness, mentoring opportunities, civic responsibility and community outreach.

In 2014 100 Black Women of Houston started "The Esther Project" mentoring program and meets regularly with young girls at a local high school in Houston, Texas.  Other programs are in process of development.
