PRLog -- CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA-- The GMC Terrain was one of only two vehicles in the 2014 midsize utility vehicle class to earn the highest score of “Good” in a small-overlap frontal crash test conducted by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS)!
The new small-overlap frontal crash test evaluates how vehicles react to a collision in the driver’s side corner at 40 miles per hour. The challenging test resulted in just two out of the nine vehicles in the class earning the score of “Good,” and just one earning a score of “Acceptable.”
