The client has 9 world-class pharmaceutical production facilities and manufactures a large range of pharmaceuticals as well as diagnostics, herbal products, skin care products and other OTC products. The client started its operation in 2008 and plans to grow its market reach aggressively by introducing innovative healthcare products and expanding its market presence and reach. FieldMax was chosen by the client to support this initiative, by automating primary and secondary sales process through its vast network of distributors and retailers.
FieldMax will enable the field sales personnel of the client to perform field activities directly on the mobile application. Android based FieldMax Mobile application, which is loaded on smartphones/
tablets of sales personnel, will help manage key field activities such as take sales orders, input collection details, collect product placement information, gather competitor intelligence, create expense reports, etc. As the application can communicate with the backend server over the internet, data captured using the mobile application is updated in real time. The data collected by sales personnel across different regions are automatically consolidated and made available to the authorized users (from delivery, finance, production, marketing, sales and management teams) at the client headquarters using web based FieldMax Office application.
Once deployed, the FieldMax application will help the client bring substantial improvement in order to delivery times. This will result in faster product delivery and improved invoice cycles. Another key advantage is that the sales and marketing team would be able to get in-depth reports on sales performance with minimal manual intervention. The dashboards and analytical reports provided by the solution enable easy slicing and dicing of the data and make quick decisions to improve sales.
