Save-A-Pet Is Presenting Its 13th Annual “Evening for the Love of Animals” Fur Ball Event

What:          Save-A-Pet will be holding its 13th Annual “Evening for the Love of Animals” Fur Ball 2014 to benefit its programs and homeless companion animals. The honorees for this year’s Fur Ball will be Mark Lesko, Executive Director, Accelerate LI; Gail Waller and Wendy Waller.

         The Fur Ball event was organized to bring people together who share a common bond: an undying love for animals. The money raised will be used to continue Save-A-Pet’s commitment to programs such as saving lives of homeless animals, pet adoption, spaying and neutering, feral cat TNR (trap, neuter and return), humane education, and public awareness.

The dress code for the elegant ball is casual, smart attire and will include a silent auction, raffles, open bar, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, dessert, and live music. In addition, there will be a cocktail performance by harpist Ryan Taliercio and music by Wiggum.

         7 p.m. - 11 p.m.

Directions:
    Take the LIE to Exit 62. Take Suffolk County Road 97 North ramp to Stony Brook. Merge onto Nicolls Rd and take that for 8.2 miles. Then, take the exit for NY-347 West for 1.6 miles. After that, turn right onto Moriches Road. Then, take a slight right onto Mills Pond Road and Flowerfield should be on your right-hand side.

Save-A-Pet Animal Rescue Inc.
