Thick Bedliner - DIY Kits Don't Deliver

If you compare the competition you will see that most DIY bed liner kits come with 1 gallon of material at or around 100-150 dollars.  This is one way Spray-Lining Products differentiate themselves from the typical DIY kit.

Any liquid covers 1604 square feet at one mil (one thousandth of an inch).  This can not be disputed.  It's a mathematical fact.  Therefore, any one gallon kit can only cover 16 sq ft at 100 mils.  So, how does a standard DIY kit cover an 8 ft truck bed?  Very poorly, that's how.

At Spray-Lining, our basic kits are comprised of 2.3 sprayable gallons of material, making them 2 times the product PLUS a high end hopper gun that is far better than the rest who either don't include a kit, or sell an under rated gun with the kit.  On top of that, we do not try and tell you that one kit is enough for an 8 ft bed.  The fact is, if you want a professional bed liner result, you need 2 kits (one gun) which will give you 4.6 gallons of sprayable material.

You'll see in our DIY Store that we market the 2 bed kit generally.  If you call in to us at 877-891-8741 and speak with a customer service rep, they will tell you that one kit is not enough if you are looking to get professional results.  We have recently upgraded our spray guns to a stronger, more durable hopper system.

Before you buy any DIY Bed Liner Kit, do your research.  You'll see that we are the only professional bed liner company that offers a comparably professional DIY system at the retail level.
