Former Director of NCEEP, Bill Gilmore, Joins ICA Engineering as Regional Manager

RALEIGH, N.C. - March 24, 2014 - PRLog -- ICA Engineering, Inc., a leading civil engineering firm focused on Strengthening America’s Infrastructure, announced today that Bill Gilmore, PE, PLS has joined the firm as Regional Manager of Special Projects in the Raleigh, NC office.  In this position, Gilmore will perform research and provide quality assurance for engineering and environmental issues related to transportation and environmental matters.

Gilmore joins ICA Engineering after a 40 year career with the NCDOT, Private Sector and the NCEEP. Gilmore spent the last seven years with the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources as the Director of the Ecosystem Enhancement Program, a receipt funded program to provide compensatory mitigation to developers and the North Carolina Department of Transportation. These responsibilities involved the oversight of more than 60 employees and expenditures for projects topping $400 million.

Gilmore’s education includes a Master of Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering both from North Carolina State University.
