PRLog -- Joy Faith Ministries International College of Ministry, Colleyville Texas, is pleased to announce our newest, exciting upcoming course: "Godly Nutrition & Divine Health: Establishing a Lifestyle for Healthy Living". Taught by licensed certified nutritionist Alana Nichols Van Sickle, CN, you are invited to come and join us for this comprehensive, science-based instruction with practical application to assist you in establishing or improving a lifestyle of healthy living, incorporating the wisdom of God’s perfect design for our bodies. Whether you already practice a healthy lifestyle or you want to know how to get started, you can benefit from this “no diet” course. Topics include basic information on nutrition, healthy eating habits, cooking methods, exercise, balancing body pH, and how proper food choices may balance brain chemistry, enhance body fat-burning, reduce unhealthy food cravings, and contribute to improving general health. Each week, homework will involve practical application of what was learned in class so that by the end of the course, participants can be engaged in their own individual lifestyle program for more healthful living.
