What you need to know about Singpass ?

SingPass means "Singapore Personal Access " and is mainly for personal used to engage with all government transaction.

WHO eligible to apply for SINGPASS?

For those age 15 and above with someone from the following group :

-Singaporean

-Singapore PR

-Employment Pass Holder

-Personalised Employment Pass holder

-Entrepass Holder

-S Pass holder

-Dependant Pass holder (of EP, PEP, Entrepass and S Pass holder)

WHERE to apply for SINGPASS ?

Previously public need to physical present at <a href="https://www.singpass.gov.sg/sppubsvc/location1.html">counter (https://www.singpass.gov.sg/sppubsvc/location1.html">counter) locations</a> but now we can apply online via <a title="Apply for SingPass" href="https://www.singpass.gov.sg/sppubsvc/services.html">Apply (https://www.singpass.gov.sg/sppubsvc/services.html">Apply) for SingPass"</a>

HOW to reset your SINGPASS if you forgot ?

There is 3 alternative way :

a. visit  <a href="https://www.singpass.gov.sg/sppubsvc/location1.html">counter (https://www.singpass.gov.sg/sppubsvc/location1.html"...) locations</a>.
b. using the <a href="https://www.singpass.gov.sg/sppubsvc/OTSReset.htm">"Immediate (https://www.singpass.gov.sg/sppubsvc/OTSReset.htm"&g...) Reset"</a> page
c. using the <a href="https://www.singpass.gov.sg/sppubsvc/req1.html">"Reset (https://www.singpass.gov.sg/sppubsvc/req1.html">&...) and Receive SingPass by Post"</a> service (Note: Your SingPass will be sent to you via post within 4 working days for local addresses).

Public can log in to Immediate Reset (IR) (or "Forgot Password" feature) .IR is new feature allow public to reset their SINGPASS online immediately  but with condition that you pre-register your mobile phone number . For those who does not have local mobile phone will not able to do so.
