Hyde Beach Resort & Residences will feature 41 floors with a total of 407 spacious units; 40 condo residences and 367 resort condo hotel units that come fully furnished and can be rented in the hotel rental program. All resort condominiums are completely finished and furnished. They may be rented daily, weekly, and monthly for a maximum of 150 day stay per tenant or owner.

This project is the Related Group and Fortune International’s latest luxury beachfront development. Cohen, Freedman, Encinosa & Associates Architects are responsible for the structural design.

With its 41 floors of high-end living, Hyde Beach will also offer state-of-the-art amenities and five star services such as an Infinity edge ocean view pool and sundeck, beachfront restaurant, valet service, room service, and fully equipped fitness center with cardio theater overlooking the ocean.

The Hyde Hollywood building construction itself will also be state-of-the-art, with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and windows that are energy efficient, tinted and impact resistant. Also equipped with advanced “Smart Building” technology and pre-wired with fiber optics for high speed internet, data/voice cable TV, individual climate control, and security features including in-room safes and electronic door locks.

The prices for the condo residences range from $650,000 up to $1.8 million.

The deposit structure for Hyde Beach Resort & Residences is as follows:

• 10% at Reservation
• 10% upon Contract signing
• 20% at Ground Breaking (2nd quarter 2014)
• 10% at Top off (3rd quarter 2015)
• 50 % at Closing (1st/2nd quarter 2016)
