-- The Los Angeles location will help fulfill Fogfuels plans of expanding beyond just Atlanta, Georgia. FOGFUELS™ produces road-ready ASTM D6751 biodiesel from waste streams, preventing FOG from entering watersheds and protecting waste water streams
“We’ve had a tremendous response both nationally and internationally on what Fogfuels has to offer municipalities in the way of cost savings and sustainability, “said Fogfuels Director Leo Sarabia. “Fogfuels felt this was a great time to rollout now into California. Municipalities were asking us to be more accessible out here so it just made sense to put our second office in Los Angeles to meet the demand.”
Sanitary sewer overflows cost hundreds of millions of dollars annually in remediation efforts, major traffic congestion, unneeded repair expense, community outrage, fines from regulatory authorities and in the US, sicken more than 2 million people each year causing community outrage. When disposed of improperly, FOG plugs sewer lines, and even when disposed of by approved methods, this resource typically ends up as landfill waste. Sarabia continued. “Our patented technology has changed the game in alternative energy. It allows us to deliver a solution to both government and businesses alike that saves money, produces American energy and is environmentally safe.”
Fogfuels is headquartered in Atlanta GA.
