TTS Sets up a new R&D company in Azores

In January TTS set up a new R&D company in Azores that goes by the name of TTS Lab.
March 10, 2014 - PRLog -- As a company always on the lookout for innovation, TTS created the R&D company to support its rapid growth and requirements.

TTS LAB will be focused on three main areas: Investigation, Prototyping and Development of new applications and solutions for the travel industry.

Within this setup resides the belief that the company’s success depends on a vibrant and productive R&D function that encourages creativity and facilitates the discovery and development of new products.

To leverage the creativity and productivity of its developers team, TTS Lab found its place in the Azores Islands - right in the middle of the Atlantic. Besides being a popular tourist destination and one of the most beautiful islands in the world, Azores also has a strong investment in technology, creating the perfect context to establish its R&D team.

“We have always invested a lot in our activities around R&D. TTS’ mission of accompanying the latest technology trends together with our commitment to innovation led us to build TTS LAB, an entity with the capacity to create state of the art products in the travel industry”, said Rui Figueiredo, co-founder of TTS.
