Securitas improves its security control services with HappyOrNot

March 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Securitas, one of the world's leading Security Service providers, tested HappyOrNot at 9 airports last Fall. Six months later, with over one million feedbacks received Securitas decided to Roll-Out HappyOrNot to 23 airports across Norway.

Securitas uses HappyOrNot to track how satisfied the airport passengers are with the security checks it provides to the Airport operation. During the first 10 months, Securitas received over 1.3 million feedbacks from its passengers.

"Already we can see a very clear improving trend in results. The amount of happy passengers has steadily been increasing from 84% in the first month and all the way to the January’s number which show that 91% of passengers are satisfied with the security control."
