COVENT GARDEN, U.K. - Feb. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- So far, five workshops have been announced. 'Agile Fundamentals' (4th March) is aimed at those looking to learn and implement Agile best practices. For those already Agile, the workshop acts as a refresher for them to enhance and their skill set.

'E-Business Suite Cost Savings' (25th March) is a workshop aimed at individuals who are investigating the requirements for upgrading their E-Business Suite environment. The workshop looks at the business justification of an upgrade and helping to facilitate the upgrade approval process.

'EBS Compliance Issues and R12 Upgrades' (25th March) is a workshop aimed at individuals whose remit it is to understand and manage business compliance , HR legislation and Management Information.

'Reduce Your Oracle Support Costs' (22nd April) is aimed at individuals who oversee the Oracle estate within their organisation. The core emphasis is the discussion of the many benefits of Modernisation, Consolidation and Private cloud based solutions.

'How to reduce the operational costs of your EBS environment (13th May) focuses on how to reduce E-business Suite (EBS) costs whilst simultaneously improving performance and process alignment of investments.
