Famous Camerieri's Italian Bakery Launches Zeppole Mix Brand

CLEARWATER, Fla. - Feb. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- Clearwater, Florida,, February 22-23, 2014  Charlie Camerieri Owner of Camerieri’s Italian Bakery, INC. after several years of making the very successful fresh Zeppoles for Italian Festivals in Florida and in some areas of New York, created the very first Zeppole Mix.

For those who are Zeppole challenged, a Zeppole is basically an Italian donut hole; there is no other company at the time of this release that has such a great needed product.

At the 11th Annual Le Italo-Americane Di Oggi (Italian-American Women of Today) - L.I.A.D.O Italian Festival in which they have sponsored the very famous feast of San Gennaro a two day weekend festival that has over 15,000 attendees. For the past few years the Board of Directors has decided to go with Camerieri’s Italian Bakery for their fresh recipe of Zeppoles.  Camerieri’s Italian Bakery Zeppole Booth every year has at least 25-35 in line waiting for their unbelievable great tasting Zeppoles. We are very proud that they are launching this mix product; we know when they are succesful launching we like to think that we had something to do with it. It is a great idea. Italians will go crazy for this.

Charlie Camerieri and his brother Joseph has a sentimental reason why they launched here at the festival. His mother was part of the very beginnings of L.I.A.DO.

The Camerieri’s Italian Bakery Zeppole Mix is very easy to make. Just add 2 cups of water and let it proof (rise) for 30 minutes and then fry for 2 minutes. The mix comes with powdered sugar and yeast and flour mix. The purpose of the mix is to have that fresh tasting Zeppole at home. Zeppoles has a rule they are never to be eaten frozen or refrigerated, this is a fresh made item, to be eaten immediately. They are covered with powdered sugar, they way they taste and how they melt in your mouth is incredible. At the festivals they are usually sold in multiples of 5 placed in brown bag.  The mix will probably retail around at 6.49 MSRP (manufacturer suggested retail price).
