ICTBroadcast, An unified communications voice broadcasting software, Version 3.4 released

Feb. 19, 2014 - PRLog -- We are pleased to update that ICTBroadcast Version 3.4  has been released with many additional features and bug fixes . New release contains features such as VoIP Trunk testing, GUI log managment interface, Hard disk usage graph added into dashboard, Backup module, GUI for AMD configuration, additional summary reports for IVR, AMD and DNC, Improved rpm and installation process, Improved APIs and documentation, Update support added from yum and several bug fixes.

Trunk testing

This new feature allows administrators to test trunk immediately without creating any campaign. Once configuring a trunk is completed, admin can click on the test trunk link. Admin can select which kind of service he/she is interested to test, for example, voice, fax, sms, email and video. After that they can Immediately writing the phone number (or email) where admin want to send the test message to go.

Log GUI added

GUI Log allows to check any kinds of info, warning and error messages to be displayed on the web interface. Now administrators don't need to connect to the server using any other medium to collect log information. Logging information is much easier to view and understand.

hdd usage added into dashboard

Hard disk and memory usage statistics are important for service providers of ICTBroadcast. Now we have added hdd (Hard disk) usage information into the dashboard of ICTBroadcast admin interface. This will allow admins to manage their resources easily.

Backup module added

Backup module allows administrators backup their database from the web interface. No need to hassle for backing up your database.

IVR Reporting added for AMD and DNC

IVR reports for AMD and DNC are interactive and informative. New version of ICTBroadcast has added AMD and DNC reporting for IVR campaigns.

GUI created for AMD configuration

Now administrators of ICTBroadcast can configure settings of Answering Machine Detection (AMD) according to their needs. Admin can tweak settings accordingly based on their user's scenarios for voice broadcasting, voice mail and fax blasting.
