Weight Loss "RVLution" to be launched in Cypress, Texas

CYPRESS, Texas - Feb. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- The Cypress RVLution is a way to help millions of Americans fight the obesity epidemic that is plaguing this country.  Two-thirds of adults are overweight with tens of thousands dying from heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and cancer each day.  This event is designed to increase awareness and fight the war on obesity.

All the money raised will go to a local charitable organization called Cypress Assistance Ministries to provide proper nutrition to the less fortunate.  RVLution Cypress will be providing a wellness program to help each participant spiritually, physically and nutritionally. The program is being kicked off on 2/22/14 at St. John Lutheran Church led by Pastor DeMik of St. John and local fitness professional, Michael Romig of PG Fit.

Donia Kolodziejcyk, the event organizer, says “The kick-off event on February 22^nd is free to the public and will consist of education, exercise and free product sampling. We will begin with a prayer and short devotional followed by a 30 to 45 minute workout session led by fitness professional, Michael Romig.  RVLution Cypress will officially start on March 29^th and run through April 26^th.  We are asking that each person that registers for RVLution Cypress donate $49 with all of the proceeds going to Cypress Assistance Ministries to help those in need.  Participants who are interested will be weighed and measured on March 29^th to kick off their own personal RVLution.  Prizes will be awarded to the top three contestants based on their weight and fat loss results.”

Donia Kolodziejcyk says this event is only the first in a series of regular events that will be held to encourage and support those who want to improve their overall wellness.  “We’re extremely excited because this program will help educate people about how to make health and wellness an integral part of their lives. It works because it’s doable and it helps those who embrace it achieve and maintain the weight and health they’ve always wanted. We invite everyone to join the RVLution!”
