Shutts & Bowen names Harris J. Koroglu partner in Miami

MIAMI - Feb. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Harris J. Koroglu has been promoted to partner in Shutts & Bowen (http://www.shutts.com)'s Miami office, where he had been an associate.

Mr. Koroglu is an attorney in the Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy Group. His practice includes all aspects of creditor representation in bankruptcy litigation, reorganization and liquidation, with a significant emphasis upon representation of financial institutions. He has also previously represented Chapter 11 trustees, federal court-appointed receivers and has managed multiple inter-related bankruptcy adversary proceedings and receivership ancillary proceedings.

He has been selected for inclusion as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star in creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.

He received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, and his B.S., cum laude, from the University of Miami.
