He also has the experience of managing project controls efforts on $200 plus million a year combined capital, venture, maintenance, and turnaround budgets. Prior to Valero, Logan worked for Jacobs Engineering and Kiewit, he was assigned as an engineer on the state of the art, $ 1.2 billion Benicia-Martinez Segmental Bridge Project in Bay Area, CA.
