South Carolina CPAs Scott and Company Name Gilbert to Audit Team

GREENVILLE, S.C. - Feb. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Casey Gilbert has agreed to join Scott and Company LLC, one of South Carolina’s leading accounting and consulting firms, as a Staff Auditor.

Ms. Gilbert, who currently interns with Scott and Company, is a native of Paducah, Kentucky and a senior at the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business where she is completing requirements for her B.S. degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.

Upon completion of her undergraduate studies, she will assume a position as Staff Auditor with Scott and Company while in graduate school at USC.

At Scott and Company, Ms. Gilbert provides support to partners and staff by assisting in preparation and proofing of financial statements, audit support, tax returns and other responsibilities.  She has prior experience serving as an accounting clerk and warranty administrator for major area automotive dealerships, where she managed numerous accounting schedules, prepared management reports, and reconciled and submitted sales taxes for multiple car franchises.
