Truliant Adds New Location in Winston Salem, NC

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Feb. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Truliant will soon open another Winston Salem Member Financial Center, located in the Whitaker Square Shopping Center at 1985 Peace Haven Road, near Harris Teeter and Chick-fil-A. Truliant plans to open this full-service Member Financial Center in the spring of 2014. It will provide an additional physical branch banking option and advanced technology ATM to serve their members who live in the area.

        According to the Credit Union, a new location is needed to support their continued growth and development in the Winston Salem area. The Whitaker Square location will allow Truliant to better serve existing member-owners in the community and provide the opportunity for other local consumers and businesses to take advantage of convenient access to the valuable benefits of a Truliant credit union membership.

        The new branch design does away with traditional teller lines, and instead has unique teller pods designed to provide an enhanced side-by-side, more personal member service experience.

        This new facility will also utilize electronic signature pads to accelerate processes for our members and improve efficiencies for our employees, ultimately providing them with additional time to focus on member needs.

The latest in advanced ATM technology, including a 24-hour drive-up ATM, will be installed, which accepts envelope-free deposits of both cash and checks, and provides a detailed receipt with cash denominations and images of each check deposited.  Businesses will also find the added convenience of a night drop, while parents will appreciate the children’s area.
