Northbrook Illinois, January 28, 2014 – IOR Global Services is pleased to announce Dr. Mark Frederick, Director, Global Talent Management, will teach the GMS-T: Strategic Talent Mobility (GMS-T) course on January 30, 2014 in Foster City, CA.

Offered through the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC®), the GMS-T is the newest professional designation under the Global Mobility Specialist® program and the course addresses how and why mobility is such a critical and strategic component in a talent management system.
