New Easy Duplicate Finder 4.5: More Options and Easier File Management

iTunes and iPhoto: new duplicate files management

Easy Duplicate Finder 4.5 features enhanced functionality to help users find and delete duplicates in iTunes and iPhoto libraries. The new version of the program automatically checks every scan against iTunes and iPhoto, and marks duplicates that exist in these libraries by iT or iP. When the user deletes any of the duplicates marked with iT or iP, Easy Duplicate Finder will sync iTunes and iPhoto to prevent conflicts. This new functionality can be enabled in the Settings by checking "Show duplicates in media libraries".

Automatically save the list of duplicates

Another new Easy Duplicate Finder feature is its ability to automatically save the list of duplicates after every scan. The list is saved as a separate file that can add the latest scan results to new scans to speed things up.

Specify a folder to move files

Now users can specify a folder where they want to move duplicate files. This can be done from the program's settings.

In addition to that, Easy Duplicate Finder 4.5 offers full Windows 8.1 and OS X 10.9.1 Mavericks support and features numerous interface and stability improvements.
