Worldwide parcel refers to a package that originated in another part of the world (meaning a different country); or a package that is intended to be transported to a different part of the world (meaning a country outside of the originating country). 2. Worldwide parcel is a service that is offered by parcel or freight forwarding companies, services, organizations or agencies for the purpose of transporting a package from a location in one part of the world to that of a location in another (different) part of the world. Understanding Worldwide parcel is used synonymously to describe: (1) international shipping or (2) parcel forwarding. 1. International shipping is understood to be the act of shipping an item (letters, parcels) between nations (countries). 2. Parcel forwarding is the act (or service) of transporting a parcel from one location to that of another. The difference with Worldwide parcel being that the originating and destination locations (or sending and receiving locations) are that of different countries. Applications 1. Worldwide parcel is used by a sender in one part of the world (originating country) to get a parcel transported to a receiver in another part of the world (receiving country). This can be for the purpose of business (i.e. sales transactions) 2. Worldwide parcel is used as parcel forwarding. This is the case when global shoppers purchase items from a store that does not offer international shipping. The parcel must be shipped to an intermediary service like myusaparcel.com (http://myusaparcel.com), agent or company whose business is that of transporting those items from one part of the world (originating country) to another (receiving country). For example, a Moscow parent orders a birthday gift of a Xbox game system, but Sony corporation does not offer international shipping. This customer must use a US-based Worldwide parcel or parcel forwarding service to receive the Xbox and then re-address and ship the Xbox parcel to the customer in Moscow. End
