AmeriBid LLC Announces Dismissal of Previously Disclosed Lawsuit Filed Against Company

TULSA, Okla. - Dec. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Tulsa, OK – December 19, 2013 – AmeriBid LLC (www.ameribid.com) announced the previously disclosed lawsuit filed against the Company and certain of its current officers and owners (the "Defendants") by Stephen Karbelk (the “Plaintiff”) has been dismissed.  No details of the settlement agreement between the parties are released and are considered confidential between the parties.
