Stage 2 works just like Stage 1. You can join Stage 2 any time after you purchase membership level 4 in Stage 1. Stage 1 does not have to be completely filled with 340 members before you join Stage 2.

After you earn $600 in Stage 1, you can purchase membership levels 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Stage 2. Stage 1 and Stage 2 contain the same 340 members.
