QRUncle.com and QRJobs Launches QR HR App for Millenials

The simple. but elegant product consists of a QR Code that says, “Like to Work Here, Apply Here”(tm), a Cloud based portal that offers a way to create job descriptions, hot jobs of the week, “a day in the life”, and company branded Form and fillable PDF Application form that dramaticallly cuts hiring time and helps companies source local employees as well as attract employees from industry trade shows as they walk by their booth.

Many companies have found it challenging to hire millenial employees who prefer to use their smartphones and tablet PCs to do things instantly. Such new millenium employees (typically born after 1980) dont want to fill out paper applications or even long web forms. QRUncle offers fast, low cost implementation and integration with other internal databases like SQL Server, Oracle and DB2 databases if needed.  The backend is designed using ASP.net and SQL Server, which provides a robust framework for HR Applications.
