GFSI Certification of JustFoodERP Customers Featured in Leading Food Safety Publications

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - Nov. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- ALLENTOWN, PA- Two leading U.S. publications about food safety and QA have featured JustFoodERP customers in their coverage of Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) certification. Food Safety Magazine (http://www.foodsafetymagazine.com/signature-series/gfsi-certification-at-food-manufacturers-sqf-and-brc/) has published an article about the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) certification at the facilities of two JustFoodERP customers: G.S. Dunn, the world’s largest dry mustard miller, which recently certified to the highest level of Safe Quality Food (SQF) standard - part of GFSI - and The Original Cakerie, a frozen dessert manufacturer, which certified two manufacturing locations to the highest level of BRC, another GFSI standard.

The magazine, Quality Assurance & Food Safety Magazine (http://www.qualityassurancemag.com/qa1013-supply-management-safety.aspx) also recently published an article about the details of the SQF certification process at G.S. Dunn: from why they chose the GFSI standard through to what exactly was effort and cost to the company, and what helped them achieve the highest level of SQF.
